Document Description
The proposed project consists of applying dust control measures specified in the approved Ownes Valley PM Planning Area Demonstration of Attainment State Implementation Plan (1998 SIP) to an additional 16.16 square mile (10,342 acres) beyond the dust control applied by the LADWP through 2003. Potential impacts on the 10.42 square miles related to implementation of three control measures, Shallow Flooding, Managed Vegetation, and Gravel Cover, will be evaluated in the EIR.
