Document Description
The project proposes a single-family residence within the Alpine Community of the unincorporated County of San Diego. The project site is subject to the Genereal Plan Land Use Designation (17) Estate Residential and is zoned A70. The project site is subject to the open space area "B" conditions of Map 13252, which requires Site Plan approval prior to the approval of any permit for development. This "B" conditions was implemented to assure that all feasible measures have been taken to minimize excessive grading and preservation of steep slope lands. The project site was legally cleared prior to the adoption of the BMO and the implementation of the MSCP.
