Document Description
SAA R3-2002-0590 The proposed project would remove approximately 400 cubic yards of gravel from the west barrel and from just upstream of the bridge. A bobcat would be used to remove the gravel. The overall depth of gravel in the west barrel and upstream channel would be lowered by approximately two to three feet to a level just below the existing high water mark. A small plug of gravel may be left at the downstream end of the west barrell. This gravel plug would wash out during high flows. The creek flows through San Luis Obispo, and passes under a highway bridge at the Marsh Street ramps to State Route 101.
