Document Description
SAA #6-2002-131 The applicant proposes to develop 94 residential lots on 45 acres of the 87-acre project site. The development is proposed on land previously supporting lemon groves. The remaining 42 acres dominated by coast live oak woodland habitat will be preserved as three open space lots and a park site. The project will impact 0.13 acre of stream channel, of which only 0.01 acre consists of riparian vegetation (one oak tree). The remaining stream channels are either unvegetated or contains a mix of native and non-native upland vegetation. The project is located in an unincorporated area of Riverside county.
