Temporarily restrict access in sensitive areas until long-term mitigation measures are agreed upon and implemented. Enterprise: temporarily lock gate; place k-rail to block dirt road that allow alternate access; install signage to notify public of temporary closure. McCabe: modify and lock entrance gate; signage as at Enterprise. Foreman: place portable signage (avoiding all ground disturbance) to restrict traffic to existing paved road and designated parking areas; block side roads with k-rail.

Project consists of temporary public use restrictions at existing facilities. Restrictions are required to protect environmentally sensitive sites that are exposed when the lake level is low; they will be lifted when the lake level is high enough to cover sites or when long-term mitigation measures have been implemented, whichever event occurs sooner
