Construct concrete ADA-accessible paths (approximately 2,200 lineal feet) throughout North Forebay Day-Use Area at Lake Oroville State Recreation Area to improve visitor access and support continued use. Provide paths to beach, parking lot, picnic areas, and restrooms. Replace one group ramada and install accessible drinking fountain and hose bib, including associated waterlines.
