Document Description
Repair and modify the East Garrison dock facilities at Angel Island State Park to stabilize the dock and ramp system, improve lighting, protect public safety, and support continued use and maintenance. Modifications will include replacing the existing anchor and abutment, installation of electrical service to a lighting fixture, reconditioning of the outrigger, repair of two existing piles, and installation of two new dolphins. Pile driving will only occur between June 1 and November 30, to limit impacts to the surrounding marine environment. The dock is currently closed to the public and will be reopened once work is completed.
