Document Description
The project proposes to perform seven geological borings to collect data on the surface and subsurface materials in the stream bed of the Sacramento River below the Highway 44 bridge. Two borings will occur in the flowing channel and five within inundated areas adjacent to the main channel. Drilling equipment will be placed on the existing bridge and on existing islands located below the bridge.
