Document Description
SAA R3-2001-0610 The County of Napa, Department of Public Works and Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District proposes to conduct routine maintenance activities that are subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1601 in county creeks, and channels within Napa County. Routine maintenance shall be defined as those periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of stream channels and maintain the structural and funactioning integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams.
