Document Description
Pacific Bell proposes to replace overhead wire with underground cable conduit (total length 350 feet) that includes a 75-foot portion that extends beneath Kellogg Creek (20+ feet under the Creek) in a 14-inch diameter boring. The boring will begin and end before the banks of Kellogg Creek. A 14-inch diameter hole will be drilled down the a depth of 20+ feet, and then it will be drilled laterally under the Creek to the other side. The work should take about 4 working days. No mature trees will be removed or affected; no federal or state endangered, threatened, or special species will be affected.
