The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to implement a conceptual sanitation plan that sets forth the guidelines and methology to be used to determine appropriate sanitation facilities for the public while protecting raw water quality. The plan describes the guidelines and methology to be used to determine quantities, locations, and types of toilets and other sanitation facilities. The conceptual plan would also address design guidelines, maintenance, and emergency response procedures.
