The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to upgrade older, manual equipment and provide improvents to Metropolitan's conveyance, distribution, and treatment processes so that they can be monitored and remotely controlled via the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. In additon, Metropolitan is proposing to conduct several studies that would identify potential uupgrades and improvements to Metropolitan's conveyance, distribution, and treatment processes.
