Document Description
The California Department of Military proposes to replace and upgrade to current standards the existing airfield power distributuion and lighting systems located at the Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, California. The existing airfield electrical distribution and lighting system require replacement due to safety concerns, complicated repair requirements, poor conditon and the inability to obtain repair parts due to age.
