Document Description
This project is the approval of an Interim Remedial Measure (IRM) Work Plan Addendum #5 by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), prepared in accordance with Health and Safety Code, Section 25200.10 and 25187. This IRM Work Plan describes the excavationof hazardous waste contaminated soil, south of Building B on Tyco property adjacent to Chilco Street. Tyco Electronics (Tyco) proposes a voluntary soil removal, with DTSC oversight, of soil contaminated with chlorinated compounds, including polychlorated compounds, including polychlorinated bihenyls and other semi-volatile compounds.
