Document Description
The project is the repair of a section of stream channel located near two residences on the property. The project involves the movement of rip-rap materials that were originally placed on the bank of the stream by the county and have subsequenly moved into the center of the stream channel. The Operator will move these materials back to the stream bank to stabilize areas that are eroding significantly. The Operator will also install debris fencing along steep slope erosion areas, to further protect and stabilize the stream bank. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0729 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
