Document Description
The proposed project would remove sediment from the ponds using a bulldozer and/or backhoe. Sediment removed from the ponds would be distributed off on adjacent agricultural fields where it cannot reenter the stream channel. Upon completion of the sediment removal, the dam at Pond 2 would be repaired to avoid seasonal overtopping and redirect water during highflows to the stream channel instead of the dirt road. No riparian vegetation would be removd during the sediment removal. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0652 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
