Document Description
The project proposes to upgrade an existing main diversion structure by removing a flash board riser, bulkhead structure, and 20' of galvanized pipe. These structures will be replaced with a new headwall, 30' of galvanized pipe, and locking head gate. The Project will have no significant effect on the environment.
