The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California(Metropolitan) is proposing to remove wood, concrete, and other debris that has been illegally dumped on Metropolitan's right-of-way for the Palos Verdes Feeder, near Scholl Canyon. All removed debris will be taken to a licensed landfill.
