The replacement of an existing dock with a 68-foot long by 44-foot wide dock, a 20-foot long by 4-foot wide ramp with a 14-foot long rolling hinge gangway, and the placement of 8 concrete pier footings to support the ramp. All lumber shall be redwood or pressure treated. All work activity within the lake bed shall be performed above water level.
