Document Description
Project consists of removing and installing fence posts. Posts along the south side of Congress Street will be removed by cutting the posts off at the concrete surface. New fence posts will be installed along Congress Street (near parking lot A) by digging post holes approximately 12" in diameter by 2' deep.
