Document Description
An exposed raw water line existing in the bottom of the creek needs to be recovered to prevent further corrosion of the steel pipe. The old concrete slurry cap immediately above the transmission pipe will be removed. A three foot key-way will be excavated on each side of the pipe. The lower area will be backfilled with approximately 15 tons of natural rip-rap. The pipe will be slurry sealed with two loads of concrete and a broom finish. A concrete form will be approximately 15 feet long by 18 feet wide. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0731 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
