Document Description
The city of San Pablo proposes to conduct routine maintenance of activities that are subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1601 in creeks and channels within San Pablo, Contra Costa. Routine maintenance shall be defined as those periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of stream channels and maintain the structural and functioning integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0679 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
