Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the steambed and/or associated riparian habitat for the purpose of maintaining a line-of sight across Thompson Creek for Fairway 6 and a line-of sight across Thompson Creek for Fairway 7, within the Maderas Golf Course. Trimming of vegetitation may occur within the line-of-sight zones if conducted with hand held tools, and no vhicles are permitted within the ling-of-sight zones or within adjacent sensitive habitats (willow woodland and sandy steam bottom). Riparian habitat within the adjacent sensitive habitats (willow woodland and sandy steam bottom). Riparian babitat within the line-of-sight zone growig taller that six(6) feet may be trimmed to (but not less than) a height of six(6) feet, and branches growing into the line-of-sight zones from adjacent riparian habitat my be trimmed back at the boundary lines of the line-of-sights. This Agreement does not authorize thinning of native vegetation/habitat.
