Document Description
The University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) proposes to demolish the existing approximately 1,000 gross square foot (GSF) "Arbor" food service facility and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and reconstruct a new, larger, Arbor food service facility and ATM within the same footprint. The new Arbor would be approximately 4,182 GSF and would contain a convenience store, a coffee counter, two food service venders, ATMs, and the corresponding services and storage spaces. The project would include construction of seating areas and site furnishing (including area lighting and phone booths).
