Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to replace the existing electric needle operators with hydraulic operating system at the Etiwanda Hydroelectric Plant in the city of Rancho Cucamonga in San Bernardino County. In addition, Metropolitan proposes to modify flow meters at the Etiwanda Control Facility Effluent in the city of Rancho Cucamonga in San Bernardino County, Lake Skinner Inlet in the community of Winchester in Riverside County, and the Wadsworth Cross Channel near the forebay of Diamond Valley Lake in the community of Winchester in Riverside County. The proposed project entails the addition of sensors at the Lake Skinner Inlet and the Wadsworth Cross Channel and the relocation of the existing meter at the Etiwanda Control Facility Effluent location.
