Document Description
The proposed project will remove the man-made debris from the channel and cut and/or trim vegetation to allow a clear pathway for water to flow through the creek channels. An overhead canopy of willows and sycamores will be left in place to avoid exposing the creek to sunlight. Dead and down woody debris will be removed from the channel by collecting the debris in piles and using a thumbed excavator to reach into the channel, grasp the material, and load it into a dump truck. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0797 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
