Document Description
The project will install two CXT double vault restrooms near Holly Road in the northern acquisition of Ocotillo Wells CVRA to replace chemical toilets currently located in the proposed project areas. One restroom will be located adjacent to Holly Road and one approximately one quarter mile west and south of County Road S-22. Excavation will consist of two holes 14 feet wide, 18 feet long and 4.3 feet deep. A concrete pad 9 feet wide, 18 feet long and six inches deep will be constructed for accessibility at each site. This is a highly disturbed site frequented by campers and vehicles. Soil consists of badland and lake bottom clay with sand intrusion. The units will be placed in areas free of vegetation and will replace existing chemical toilets.
