Document Description
Proposal to construct a single-family dwelling, driveway, and garage(s). Requires a grading permit to excavate approximately 3,500 cubic yards of material and fill 3,500 cubic yards of material; to recognize the grading of approximately 310 yards of earth that has already occurred, which was done in order to provide access to the building site for geotechnical exploration; and to recognize remedial grading to mitigate erosion and improve drainage, which has alsro already occurred. Project is on the vacant parcel at the dead-end of Jennifer Drive, approximately 200 feet west of the intersection of Jennifer Drive and Danube Drive, and the adjacent parcel to the north, approximately 2,000 feet north of Soquel Drive in the Vienna Woods neighborhood of the Aptos Planning Area.
