1. Ordinance to rescind a Development Agreement, adopted by Ordinance 1491 on August 5, 1986, between Frank Konrath and Tuolumne County, recorded on August 7, 1986 on Page 184 of Book 831 of Official Records, to allow a ~20.82 acre site zoned R-1 to be divided into parcels with a minimum size of 4,000 square feet, and to allow the development of an eighty (80) unit mobilehome subdivision and 2. Ordinance for Development Agreement 01DA-06 to allow the following: a. access to the site to exceed the maximum cul-de-sac length specified in Section 11.12.040 of the Ordinance Code for division of the ~20.82 acre site as proposed by Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 01TSM-95, and b. creation of private roads by means other than as required under Section 16.26.150 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code to serve the lots created by Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 01TSM-95, and c. an exception to the design speed of 25 miles per hour as specified in Section 11.12.010(K) of the Ordinance Code, and d. placement of security gates at the entrances to the real property as an authorized easement obstruction pursuant to Section 17.56.110(b) of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code, and e. formation of a Homeowner's Assocation to carry out maintenance and imporovement activities for the private road system and security gates in lieu of the County Service Area required in the Board of Supervisors Resolution 287-89.
