Proposed project is a mixed-use project consisting of a multi-family, two story market rate and vacant commercial on 1.42 acres of commercially zoned (C-1) land. The lot is an L-shaped pattern with the vacant commercial section next to an already existing commercial enterprise located to the south, both of which abut North St. The multi-family units will be located between the commercial property and an already existing multi-family units located on the east and north sides of the lot. Soil on the lot consists of cobble alluvial land soil type, which has been previously graded. Two trees are located on the lot and has no other vegetation. Accessibility of the lot will be from Ravenwood Drive and North Street.
