This notice advises the public that the District intends to gather information necessary for preparing an EIR to implement the Colusa Basin Drainage District Integrated Watershed Management Plan (Project). The Project is a component of the larger basin-wide program and will include measures designed to substantially reduce flooding in the northern portion of the District and especially the City of Willows.
