The Plan area comprises approximately 110 acres of land that includes a variety of existing uses, including: industrial, residential, commercial, public/institutional, commercial recreation/marina, parks, and public open space. The Northern Waterfront Specific Plan would guide the future development of a mixed-use community that will include residential, commercial, marina, and open space/recreation uses. The attached land use concept illustrates the proposed uses.
