Document Description
Environmental Impact Report prepared for water and wastewater service by the City of Lincoln to the Auburn Rancheria Gaming and Entertainment Facility. A sewer pipeline extension would connect the City's wastewater treatment plant to the gaming and entertainment facility and the facility would connect to an existing waterline in Athens Road adjacent to the Auburn Rancheria facility. The City would then be able to provide water and wastewater services to the facility.
