Document Description
Tha applicant proposes to convert 10.5 acres of a 205-acre parcel of land to vineyards and place no less than 10.5 acres of land on slopes less than 30 percent within the subject parcel under a conservation easement, retaining land forever in its current natural, scenic and open space condition through the granting of a conservation easement. The Erosion Control Plan Application includes construction plans, specifications and erosion and sediment mitigation measure for the vineyards. The site plan designates seven vineyard blocks, on topography that ranges from flat to moderately steep slopes, at elevations between approximately 1,340 and 1,470 feet above mean sea level. The Assessor's Parcel Number for the site is 027-040-031.
