The proposed development includes a two-story 73,600 square froot main building, five single-story storage buildings totaling 21,750 square feet, and outdoor storage area for a recreational vehicles, a truck rental facility, and a small retail shop in the main building. Implementation of the proposed project requires Planning Commission review of a Land Use Permit.
