Zone 7, in coordination with the Alameda County Community Development Agency, proposes to realign the lowest reach of Arroyo Las Positas in a new channel so that the confluence with the Arroyo Mocho will be located at El Charro Road, approximately 2,100 feet east of its present location. Two existing private bridges will be replaced with new bridges to accommodate quarry traffic. SAA #1600-2003-0068-3.
