The property owner, Tim King, has requested approval of a grading permit to construct a 282 foot-long by 24.5 foot-high dam to create an approximately 3 acre reservoir with a capacity of 32 acre-feet. The dam would be constructed of approximately 13,000 cubic yards of earth material, most of which would be excavated from within the reservoir area.
