Document Description
Conditional Use Permit to allow for an existing oil transfer station. This station serves automotive, agricultural and farming operations. The facility's area is 3,830 sf. paved with concrete and includes four steel storage tanks. Each tank has a 12,124-gallon capacity and is mounted on a concrete foundation and contained with a concrete containment to prevent spills. Evergreen operates six trucks and each truck makes one to two milk runs every day collecting used oil, oily water and antifreeze.
