Caltrans proposes to construct a new access ramp from Dana Drive onto State Route(SR) 299 and replace the bridge over the Sacramento River. In addition to the on-ramp, the project includes east and west bound land additions to SR 299, a new bridge for the Auditorium Drive overcrossing, and a new two-way bike path.
