Construct and operate a 49 MW natural-gas-fired combustion turbine for park electrical demand. Plant to be constructed on 2 acres of vacant industrially zoned land. Associated fuel gas pipeline to be constructed 3.1 miles to tie-in with existing PG&E gas line. Requires horizontal directional drilling of pipeline under the Mokelumne River.
