Document Description
The project is limited to widening of Hazel Avenue which will require the extension of two culverts on the unnamed tributaries to Lake Natoma. THE existing storm drain culvert on the south reach of the drainage will be extended 12 linear feet to the west. The existing storm drain culvert at the north end of the stream bed alteration project area will be extended 44 linear feet to the west. Fill will also be placed within the northern reach to form a bridge to allow the home owner to cross equipment over the drainage. Approx. 104 cubic yards of fill will be placed in the streambed. Approx. 56 linear feet (236 sq. ft.) of streambed will be impacted. A total of 39 trees (native oaks and non-native trees) will be removed for this project.
