Document Description
Construction of a 160,500 +/- square foot warehouse and distribution building with offices, a truck parking area, parking and loading areas, and landscaping, on a 13.1+/- acre site. The project is also a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a ten percent reduction in the Livermore Planning and Zoning Code parking requirement, and a request for a Variance to permit a 15-foot reduction, from the minimum of 35 feet, in the front yard setback for a required screen wall.
