Construct 2.5 million gallon above ground steel reservoir and 19,000 feet of pipeline. The reservoir portion consists of grading and developing a 14-acre site with a 24-foot berm around a 24-foot high reservoir. The pipeline consists of installing a 24-inch diameter pipeline from the reservoir site to the existing water system.
