The proposed project consists of the construction of an approximately 126,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse with about 20 loading docks and two office pods of 1,500 sq. ft. and 2,000 sq. ft. The applicatnt is requesting a major variance to reduce current parking requirement of 260 spaces to 186 spaces, and the landscape code requirement of 15% to 11.64%. The project is located at 1401 East Cooley Drive, in the City of Colton (APN # 0276-131-77).
