Document Description
The Kohn Hall Addition project would add approximately 9,3270(gsf) or approximately 4,889 asf of new floor area to the existing building. The addition would consist primary of a new two-story wing that would be located along the western and southern sides of the existing building. The area that would be used for the development of the building addition is primarily occupied by a courtyard and ornamental landscaping. An exterior stairway, three service parking spaces and a trash enclosure would also require removal to accommodate the building addition. The building addition would provide 18 new offices, an auditorium, and additional space for storage and other accessory uses. In addition to the proposed building addition, approximately 1,850 gross square feet within the existing Kohn Hall building would be renovated to provide new office space and restroom facilities.
