Present Land Use
Existing and planned uses include residential, commercial/retail, insustrial, public institution, and open space.
The California Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration, in cooperation with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, proposes to improve traffic flow and promote ridesharing by adding one median HOV lane in each direction of I-10. The project includes minor widening, soundall construction, structure widening and ramp modification.
