Amend the Metropolitan Bakersfield 2010 General Plan from Map Code (s) LMR (Low Medium Density-Les than or equal to 10-dwelling units/net acre) to HMR (High Medium Density-Less than or equal to 17.42 dwelling units/net acre or a more restrictive map code designation; (2) A change in zone classification from A-1 (Limited Agriculture) to R-2 (Mediur Density Residential) or a more restrictive District; (3) A Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 13.21 acre parcel in to a 7.04 acre parcel and a 6.17 acre parcel.
