Document Description
The proposed project is one of two alternatives for a storm drain outlet. The Alternative 1 storm drain outlet would discharge the run-off that exceeds the low-flow diversion structure at approximately eight feet west of the diversion structure directly onto the sand, similar to the existing conditions. The Alternative 2 storm drain outlet would discharge the run-off approximately 140 feet west to the mean high tide line within Capistrano Beach.
