Document Description
A request to allow a two phased project. The first phase consists fo a 3,837 square foot addition consisting of 8 new guest rooms to the existing hotel the Baywood Inn, a 7,345 square foot new hotel building (the Baywood Village Inn) consisting of 10 new guest rooms, and an Outdoor Amphitheatre with a capacity of 75 people for showing movies 4 nights a week and for special events up to 4 times a year. The second phase of the project consists of two new hotel buildings (the Baywood Lodge), one building of 3472 square feet with 6 guest rooms, the second building of 7940 square feet with 16 guest rooms.
