Document Description
This is an application to subdivide the subject property into 88 three-bedroom condominium units in 27 building structures. A recreation room of approximately 750 sf. will be available for the residents. In addition to 176 covered parking spaces for residents, 27 guest parking spaces will be provided at various locations on the property. A Conditional Use Permit is also required for this development due to the proposed residential development is located on a property zoned commercial. A lotline adjustment application is also submitted to reconfigure the lot to exclude one of the medical buildings from this tract.
